International AI Design is a software company in Denver. We design, build and run production platforms, websites and automations for founder-led businesses, with Claude Code as the engineering team and a process built to catch mistakes before customers do.

How we build

One founder shipping like a full team.

The AI Design System is the pipeline behind everything here. Claude Code writes the software. The system decides what gets built, checks the work, and remembers what it learned.

  1. Validate intent

    Every build starts with what the business actually needs, in the owner's words, before a line of code.

  2. Spec the work

    Claude drafts the spec and the plan. I approve it, cut it or send it back.

  3. Build in parallel

    Several Claude Code sessions work at once, each in its own git worktree on its own task.

  4. Pass the gates

    Type checks, unit and end-to-end tests and automated code review have to pass before anything merges.

  5. Ship and watch

    Changes go out through pull requests, and scheduled jobs check the health of production around the clock.

The company itself runs on agents, with a person signing off on anything that leaves the building.

  • CapabilitiesEvery action in the platform becomes a typed, permissioned capability. An agent working for a staff member holds exactly that staff member's permissions, enforced by the same check that guards their browser.
  • EventsEvery meaningful change, a check-in, a declined card, an expiring vaccine, becomes an event an agent can act on without someone typing first.
  • WorkersNamed agents with a job, a role, a budget and a rule for when to hand it to a human.

Johnny Fermin‑Robbins

I spent eleven years in the U.S. Army working satellite communications, then served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of an HR tech startup. I started Ferro Consulting in 2023, and International AI Design is where that work became a software company. My rule is simple: validate intent, then ship.
